Sub-3 in 2015

New year greetings faithful readers!

With the expiration of 2014, I'm sure many (all?) of you have been in some way or another considering what running will bring you in 2015. If breaking 3 hours for the marathon distance is something you're considering, I have some potentially good/interesting news for you!

I will be leading the official 3 hour pace group for the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon on May 17th, 2015! If you're interested in joining me, consider registering by January 7th, 2015 as after the 7th, registration fees increase $10 to $95 + online processing fees.

Sub-3 hours not your thing? Have no fear, my friends, Dave Vande Walle and Eric Baum are pacing the 3:25 group in Green Bay. Both expert pacers, they will do their best to see you to the completion of your mission!

Finally, if you've already selected your spring marathon, why not come out and join Eric, me, and 100 of our closest friends for some miles. We're training with Fleet Feet Sports Chicago and Adidas Running's Boston 365 program which kicks off this weekend. Come to an info session/6 mile run at Fleet Feet Sports - Old Town this Saturday, January 3rd at 8am to find out more! The best part of this program is meeting a bunch of like minded individuals focused on performing well in Boston and across the country in springtime marathons.
